Banana nice cream
(makes 20 serves)
4 frozen bananas (chopped up). Chop bananas
you put them in a container in the freezer for easy use.
½ cup raw cacao nibs
2 tbs nut butter (almond,brazil, cashew or peanut butter works well)
Blend frozen bananas in a food processor for 5minutes until they are smooth and creamy consistency.
Add nut butter and cacao nibs and blend for 30sec.
Place in freezer. This freezes pretty solid, so let it thaw out for 10mins before you eat.
