Hummus
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chickpeas
- 1.5 Tbs tahini
- 1 tsp salt
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 2 Tbs water
- 2 cloves roasted garlic
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
Method
- Soak chickpeas overnight in water and boil for 1 hour the next day (or you can use tinned chickpeas)
- Roast garlic in the oven at 180ºC for 10mins
- Blend all ingredients together in a food processor
