​Hummus

Ingredients
  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1.5 Tbs tahini
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 Tbs water
  • 2 cloves roasted garlic
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • ½ tsp paprika
 
Method

  1. Soak chickpeas overnight in water and boil for 1 hour the next day (or you can use tinned chickpeas)
  2. Roast garlic in the oven at 180ºC for 10mins
  3. Blend all ingredients together in a food processor
Refrigerate.
