- one bunch of Kale leaves, removed from the stem and ripped into small bite sized leaves
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Pinch sea salt
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Wash the kale leaves in cold water and dry well in a salad spinner
- Spread leaves on a baking tray and pour a small drizzle of oil and a sprinkle of salt over the leaves
- Put in the oven at 180°C for 5 -12 mins until they look crunchy.
