Kale chips

Ingredients
  • one bunch of Kale leaves, removed from the stem and ripped into small bite sized leaves
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Pinch sea salt
Method
  1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
  2. Wash the kale leaves in cold water and dry well in a salad spinner
  3. Spread leaves on a baking tray and pour a small drizzle of oil and a sprinkle of salt over the leaves
  4. Put in the oven at 180°C for 5 -12 mins until they look crunchy.
