Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup flax seeds
- 1 Tbs pumpkin seeds
- 1 Tbs sesame seeds
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 2Tbsp. psyllium seed husks
- 1 tsp fine grain sea salt
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1.5 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
- 350ml water
Method
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk maple syrup, water and coconut oil together and add to the bowl and mix well until it forms a ball.
- Roll in between 2 sheets of baking paper until it forms a thin layer.
- Score the crispbread with a knife to make little squares
- Lay out on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave for at least 2 hours/overnight
- Cook for 20mins, then peel off the baking paper and return to the oven for 10mins.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cracking it up into crackers.
