Seed crackers
Makes 2 sheets of crackers
Prep time: 5mins
Cooking time: 15mins
Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup  sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup flax seeds
  • 1 Tbs pumpkin seeds
  • 1 Tbs sesame seeds
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
  • 2Tbsp. psyllium seed husks
  • 1 tsp fine grain sea salt
  • 2 tsp maple syrup 
  • 1.5 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
  • 350ml water

Method
  1. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. 
  2. Whisk maple syrup, water and coconut oil together and add to the bowl and mix well until it forms a ball.
  3. Roll in between 2 sheets of baking paper until it forms a thin layer.
  4. Score the crispbread with a knife to make little squares
  5. Lay out on a baking tray lined with baking paper and leave for at least 2 hours/overnight
  6. Cook  for 20mins, then peel off the baking paper and return to the oven for 10mins.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cracking it up into crackers.
