Ingredients
- 2 sweet potatos
- 2 Tbs extra virgin olive oil
- 2 pinches of salt
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Slice sweet potatos into long wedges and place on a baking tray
- Drizzle the olive oil and sprinkle the salt over the potatos
- Put in the oven at 180°C for 10 -12 mins until they look crunchy.
- Serve with your favourite mayonaise or hummus dip
